Beginner Boys
(Intro. to Gymnastics) 1 Hr.
Class introduces boys to the sport of gymnastics. This class focuses on upper body strength along with learning Basic Skills on Rings, Bars, Mushroom, Vault, and Floor Tumble. Warm-up, Condition and Stretching is a must!

Intermediate /
Advanced Boys 1-1/2 Hr.
A recommendation and/or evaluation is needed to participate in this class/More advanced skills are introduced on all above equipment along with perfection current skills.
