GIRLS CO-OP Gymnastics National Training Center was founded in 1997 and began with 24 Competitive Team Children. The organization was founded to give average kids above average opportunities through the sport of gymnastics.

In 1999, GIRLS CO-OP trained its first State All Around Champion and in 2000 its first TOPs National Team Member. Since this time GIRLS CO-OP has maintained this level of excellence and has continued to train State, Regional and National Champions. CO-OP has continually placed athletes on National Teams and multiple athletes have gone on to achieve college scholarships and compete for some of the top colleges in the nation.
