Our Pre-School Gymnastic classes introduce children to the exciting sport of gymnastics. Learn about each of our programs, including age groups, locations and skills taught.
Walking – 3 years
You And Your Star: 45 Minute
This adult/child participation class includes both individual and group activities while encouraging children to explore on gymnastic equipment designed small like them. They will learn basic skills on pre-school sized bars, floor beams, forward and backward rolls, hopping on the tumble trac, jumping on the mini-tramp, and most important…QUALITY time with YOU!

Little Stars: 45 Minute
This introduces young children to the sport of gymnastics where they learn basic skills on pre-school sized bars, floor beams, forward and backward rolls, hopping on the tumble trac, jumping on the mini-tramp, and tumbling in their own devoted area. Parents watch the fun from the side lines because kids do this class ALL BY THEMSELVES! Mini-Stars classes are 55 min long and geared for 4 to 5 year olds preparing to transition from preschool classes to school age classes.

Intro to Team:
This pre-team class is designed as a developmental gymnastics program. Focus is on building strength, increasing flexibility, shaping, and perfecting basic skills with fun drills, conditioning and stretching, while preparing the gymnast to transition to a team program.
