School Age Gymnastics

4+ Years

Intro to Gymnastics ages 4-5 yrs
Shining Stars 1

Class introduces children to the exciting sport of gymnastics. Warm-up and conditioning along with basic skills on Vault, Beam, Bars and Floor Tumble. All skills needed for USA gymnastics Level 1 Routines are taught in this class.

Shining Stars 1 Adv. ( 1 1/2 hour)
Shining Stars 2 ( 2 hour)

This class is designed to teach and master USA Level 2 Skills which include: Handstand Block on Vault, Back Pullovers, Casts, Back Hip Circles and Dismounts on Bars. Mounts, Walks, V-Sits, Jumps and Dismounts on Beam. Tumble Skills Include: Rolls, Headstands, Handstands, Backbends, Cartwheels, and Floor Dance.
